Evidence before payment
Start with the exact Chinese company name, registration code or a clear business-license image. SUPROOF helps you understand the company record, compare documents and identify questions to resolve before paying a supplier.
A selected registry check retrieves official Chinese company-registration records through the data service. This is separate from web research. Compare the returned legal name, registration code and status with the supplier’s documents.
Document reading extracts visible claims. Those claims can be compared with a separate registry result. An uploaded license, invoice or payment instruction alone does not prove authenticity or bank account ownership.
Web research provides additional context and source links when selected. A website statement or search result is not a substitute for an official registry record.
Analysis explains the evidence, inconsistencies and possible next steps. An inference is not a new verified fact. An unexplained mismatch needs clarification; it does not automatically prove fraud.
Selected tax and bank profiles, export and customs records, licenses and certifications, annual reports and risk screening use official-record data where available. Coverage varies by company and category. No returned data does not mean no risk, and a registration result does not establish coverage of every category.
Read the evidence category, any stated source or retrieval dates, missing fields and limitations. Exporting a saved report does not refresh the source records.
A registry result establishes what the company record reports. It does not guarantee product quality, production capacity, bank account ownership, delivery or transaction safety. SUPROOF is not a government agency, certification authority, insurer or legal adviser.
Human review, factory visits and on-site inspections are coming soon. They cannot currently be booked or paid for and are not included in digital subscriptions.
The public walkthrough uses clearly labeled fictional data. It demonstrates the workflow; it is not evidence of a real supplier check. Real research requires an account and a paid plan. Review the displayed maximum credit cost before sending; actual usage is charged.
